Campaign Dashboard and Forecast Model

This Visual compares key metrics by campaign, and color codes by strong, medium, and low performance. In addition, this produces a forecast based on historic results across remaining capacity and points of diminishing returns by campaign.

Campaign Details Drilldown

The above Dashboard has drill down capabilities to review all relevant campaign metrics, conversions, and financial impact. This level of insights allows for having a full understanding of campaign value for our clients marketing teams as well as making decisions on where to focus to drive maximum value. 

Required Effort per Lead/Appointment 

This Visual looks at the effort required to deliver a lead/appointment by customized date range. This also helps inform accurate forecasting.

Call Pass Optimization Model 

This Visual helps manage capacity and budget by measuring the number of attempts per record at both the peak points of a campaign as well as the point of diminishing returns. The model can be filtered to Campaign Type or Segment.

Record Flow Analysis

This Visual looks at the inflow of campaign data by type to ensure the team has data quantity necessary to fulfill capacity as well as enable to achieve goals. This helps inform whether supplemental data solutions should be pursued, and/or program goals adjusted.

Team Production 

This Visual looks at the teams effort by type of tactic which helps further inform the appropriate levers to adjust in order to drive positive performance.
